Where do my photos actually live?

Your studio records and client gallery photos are stored securely in your studio’s cloud account. You remain in full control of your data and can export your records and photos anytime.

How does the beta work, and what will Lensentra cost?

We’re inviting a small group of 20 founding beta photographers to use Lensentra for free while we finish polishing alongside real studios. Nothing gets wiped when beta ends—every client, gallery, photo, booking, and financial record you enter carries straight into your live account at launch. Paid plans at launch will be simple, flat monthly pricing with zero commission on your client sales.

Do my clients need an account or app to view their gallery?

No. Clients open a private link in any browser on their phone, tablet, or computer to view photos, mark favorites, and submit their selections—no account or app download required.

Are my client galleries private?

Yes. Every client gallery uses a private share link, and you can add PIN protection, set an expiration date, or unpublish a gallery at any time.

Does it work without an internet connection?

An internet connection is required to load and save your studio records, galleries, and client selections. Offline access isn’t available.

Do I have to install anything?

No. Lensentra runs right in your browser across desktop, tablet, and mobile—nothing to download or install.

Will this replace my editing software?

No. Keep using Lightroom, Capture One, or Photoshop—Lensentra handles everything before and after the edit: clients, bookings, proofing galleries, invoices, and tax tracking.

What if I already have years of records elsewhere?

Start with current clients and galleries. The tax summary includes only records you’ve entered.
